I'm Alex, a founder and technologist based in San Francisco. I run Patchworks, a community for zero-to-one founders in Dogpatch, and am currently building AI for physical operations.
Previously, I founded a pair of companies encompassing programmable cryptography, p2p payment networks, and EVM-based financial services. You can read about the experiences here. Before starting my entrepreneurial journey I worked at Square, Caviar, Apple, and Zynga. I studied EECS at UC Berkeley.
I spend the rest of my time investing in early-stage companies, hosting poker games, and bringing interesting people together.
